Personal Care
Respectful help with bathing, dressing, grooming, getting around, toileting, and eating.
- Bathing, showers, personal hygiene, grooming, oral care, dressing, and undressing
- Walking, safe transfers, positioning, assistive devices, toileting, and routine incontinence care
- Meal preparation, help with eating, and feeding assistance
- Routine catheter care (no insertion, changing, or irrigation)

Help keeping daily routines on track, while the person stays in charge of their own decisions.

Medication Reminders
Reminders and limited help with medications the person takes on their own, within our authorized scope.

A break for family caregivers, and friendly company that keeps the person engaged and connected.
- Short-term or overnight respite so family caregivers can rest and recharge
- Conversation, reading, hobbies, recreation, and keeping daily routines
- Nonclinical support for memory or cognitive impairment: reminders, redirection, and familiar routines
- Safety observation and reporting of any concerning changes

Errands & Community Activities
Support with errands, appointments, shopping, and community activities the person enjoys.
- Accompaniment and support at appointments, shopping, and social activities
- Errands such as picking up prescriptions and groceries
- Transportation is not automatically included. Contact us to discuss arrangements.
What we do not provide
Our services are nonmedical. When someone needs more than we can offer, we encourage them to work with a licensed medical professional.
- Skilled nursing or wound care
- Medication administration or injections
- Catheter insertion
- Physical, occupational, or speech therapy
- Medical social services
- Clinical behavioral treatment
After a hospital discharge, caregivers can follow written instructions for daily living support but do not interpret clinical orders or provide treatment.

The support we provide depends on the person’s needs, the plan we agree on together, our caregivers’ training, and staff availability. We will talk through all of this with you before anything begins.
